About Kathryn Riley Parker
After a successful career as a university professor and academic author, I relocated to the southeast with my husband in 2012. I have been fortunate to find a supportive and stimulating environment here for creating art. I enjoy working in paper, ink, acrylic, and watercolor. I especially enjoy the challenges of representing natural subject matter in an unusual way. Flora, fauna, and landscapes provide frequent inspiration.
